Late Work: There will be ample amount of time in class to get assignments done. If an assignment is not completed, students will need to finish it for homework and turn it in the following day.
Missed a Lab Day? I understand students can have a busy schedule M-F, so students will always have 1 weekend to make up a lab. Labs will be due the following Friday from the day the lab was assigned. Students will need to take pictures, a video, or a create a time lapse of themselves making the recipe so I know they, themselves made it up.
